you are my shooting star you give me love and light through the shadows of the night Alec was walking through the woods, in the park, he was alone in a segment of the park. All alone just him and his own thoughts. He was deep in thought trying to find peace with his own life. He had done some things to survive in the big city he was not that proud of. Sometimes though he needed help to make it through his life, to afford it after all.
His hands were swirling the air, miniature tornado's being created one step at a time before dissipating. He was not really focusing on controlling the winds but his mind was just thinking deep into thoughts. He was thinking about school and how much it was costing him and work and what he did to make ends meet.
That very night, was his night off and a woman called him, asking him over, there was a wad of cash in his pocket from that encounter with her but that meant one thing. It meant that he had sold himself or rented him again. He was not proud of the fact that he had rented his body out for money but he needed it, he wanted it to survive, each time he did it though, it got easier for him to get past but now he was needing to get past it again at that very moment.
He then heard leaves behind him and he turned to see what was the noise that was near him, he had thought that he was utterly alone but maybe that was not the case. words: amount • tagged: whoever • outfit: link Vasile

Vasile was stalking. The scent of a magi fresh on his tongue. He swallowed hard, pushing back the saliva that burned the back of his throat. It was in his nature to want to hunt and turn humans, sometimes even magi. Tonight, this magi was his target. He'd go home having killed the boy of having turned him. He still hadn't decided. After the loss of the last progeny, he was yearning for a new one. One more down to Earth. Andrei could be a little much at times, as much as he loved his original progeny.
He pulled up the collar of his jacket, forcing himself to remain in the shadows. Nothing would ruin this for him. He wouldn't let it. He kept his distance, even pausing to put a little more space between them. His gaze drifted here and there, making sure that no one had spotted him stalking the boy. He didn't want anyone to hear the boy scream. Sadly for a passerby, he was far too close for Vasile's taste.
Flashing to the passerby, he snapped the humans neck and drained them dry, dropping the body to the ground without a single care. He wiped some of the blood from his lips, letting a small drop of it trail down his neck slowly. He'd lost his prey, but he could still hear the kid.
Vasile sprinted forward, catching up with the boy that had gone out of sight. He didn't pay any mind to the leaves that fluttered under his feet. He smirked lightly, watching him in the darkness, chuckling deeply.
"Someone looks scared," he noted softly, starting to circle the child that he'd cornered. He could try to run, Vasile would follow him. He'd give chase. He enjoyed when his prey struggled. There was no escaping the original.

you are my shooting star you give me love and light through the shadows of the night
He looked around and someone stepped out of the shadows. His eyes narrowed as he discerned the man, it was man to be careful around, he was clad in dark clothing and had a look of danger to him. Alec did not like the look of this man, he seemed to hint at danger and just the way that he walked and carried himself made him look like a hunter, like he knew what he was doing and that he was strong enough to take on anything, like he owned the place. He had encountered a few people who carried themselves like that and it was never a good thing in his experience. He could sense the danger and he was going to be cautious.
The man started to circle him and he had seen enough movies and been in enough bars and seen bar fights to know that this was trouble, trouble for him. He could sense the danger around him. The man spoke, the ominous whisper put him on more guard against the man. He paused for moment turning as the man circled, not letting him get behind him. If you were being stalked you would be a little worried too. He saw the blood dripping down the man's neck and he guessed, vampire. He took his hand, twisting it in the air, a five foot cyclone formed and he set it at the man. He knew he was in danger and he was not going to wait to see if the man attacked him or not. If he was a vampire then he would have little chance of defense, like they say the best offense is the best defense. He started to call the weather to him, clouds to call lighting and the first bolt fell from the sky.

Vasile let his eyes play along the contours of the tornado's that the boy formed in front of him. If he were anything but a supernatural he might have been scared. But he wasn't, and he was sure that he was faster than some tiny cyclone. This boy's attempts were starting to be futile. He wouldn't escape the original as easily as he thought. Vasile wouldn't let him. There was a burning in his throat and all he wanted was this kids blood. He would have it if it was the last thing that he did. Though, it's not like the boy had the power to kill him. No one did, as far as he knew.
Finally tiring of circling the boy, he flashed behind him, resting his hand against the kids collarbone, under his chin, and then resting his elbow on the opposite collarbone. He whispered into the boys ear now, "I don't think that you little gusts of wind will work on me," he started, jerking the boy backwards to avoid a strike of lightning. "If you want to avoid killing yourself, I'd suggest you lay off on the magic, kid. You're trapped and you're likely not escaping me," he purred lightly, slowly letting his teeth graze the kids neck.
He certainly saw potential for this kid. Whether he would be able to control his lust for magi blood or not was a whole different story. Chuckling darkly, he tightened his grip on the boy, "What's your name, child? I wish to know whom I will be snacking on tonight. If you're good, I may even let you walk out of this park alive. That is if you don't test my patience too much," he growled lightly, threatening to bite the boy at this point. His mouth was watering and there was nothing more that he wanted to do than kill him and leave his body right where they stood. But no. He was going to try to control himself. Maybe he'd take the boy home to his wife. After he turned him, that was.

you are my shooting star you give me love and light through the shadows of the night
He felt the clouds thicken overhead coming to his magic, to his call for help, he had summoned them with his emotions and thoughts for protection, he wanted help, he needed it to defend himself against the creature who seemed to be stalking him, he was not sure if he would escape or not but he wanted to...no needed to try, trying was better than dying a death cowering in fear after all. He had heard stories of a vampires love for magi blood and he doubted that if the creature got a drop of his that he would survive the night. He tried but he had gone to small to try and prevent the humans from getting hurt by an out of control full sized cyclone, that was his mistake. He knew it when the creature appeared behind him grabbing him under the chin and at the collarbone, he knew it was to late. He had no idea that it was not a small little vampire but one much older and faster than what he could imagine. Only if he had known maybe he could have made the necessary adjustments and risked it to save himself but alas he had failed.
He heard the creature whisper in his ear as he tried to struggle for his freedom, suddenly being jerked back as the lighting he had summoned tried to strike its target, the vampire that now had him in a tight grip. He heard the warning and then the teeth drag on his skin, it shivered and tingled in warning but there was nothing he could do, he was wondering if he should strike the vampire and sacrifice himself to hurt the creature, going down with a fight. He felt the hand that hand him tight on him and he gasped a little in pain. The creature asked him a simple question, he did not want to answer it, he tried to struggle again to try and gain his freedom but then he heard something that gave him some hope, the creature might let him walk out alive...if he was good, did he want to be good. Did he want to risk it and do what the man asked, not trying or did he want to fight and die in the process but harming the creature at the same time. It was a coin toss, neither one had great prospects and it might have been good for him to fight and show that some dinners will fight back but then he was young and still kind of human. He did not want to die, he wanted to live, he was way to young to die just because he was born with magic, because he smelled good to this creature. He needed it, he wanted it. He decided to take the chance, to try for life, for freedom instead of assured death. Alec, my name is Alec He whispered in defeat, clouds still gathering over head, wind starting to circle a little, he was not controlling it actively but it was responding to his emotions and fear that emitted from him in waves.

Holy Water Cannot Help You now see I've come to burn your kingdom down Vasile let out a pleasant sigh against the boys skin, wanting to take a bite of him so badly it hurt. His blood was messing with Vasile's head and he was ready to simply kill him and run. No. He couldn't do that. He wanted the boy alive no matter how badly his body pleaded for the warm liquid that pumped through this kids veins. A smile formed on his features as he pulled himself back from the kids neck. His name was Alec. He wouldn't forget the name. It would be important to familiarize himself with the boy in the days to come. His gaze drifted slowly up toward the sky, watching the clouds darken even further. The boy was obviously distressed but that was the least of his worries. "I wouldn't fight me any more. You'll die faster that way," he noted lightly, slipping his hand to the boys jaw to hold him still. "Calm yourself, child," he growled, bearing his teeth slightly. He spun Alec around and put one hand on the boys shoulder, still holding his jaw with his other hand. "You're a fighter, though. I must commend you on your will to live. Sadly, I've already decided that you won't be. Struggle all you like, it won't change your fate," he noted calmly, grinning cruelly at him. He tightened his grip on Alec's chin, stepping closer, observing his features. He would be the perfect choice of progeny. Lifting an eyebrow, he ran his tongue along one of his fangs. He was so thirsty and he couldn't wait to sink his teeth into the boy. He moved them again, pulling the boy back toward the trees, out of the way of the worsening weather. "Don't you dare scream," he breathed lightly, suddenly lunging forward and sinking his teeth into Alec's neck. Just for good measure he covered the boys mouth, enjoying the taste of the magi's blood on his tongue. He shoved the boy against a tree, holding him absolutely still. It wouldn't be long before he drained Alec of blood. He'd then have to find a place to bury the boy. He was going to kill him, yes, but he was also going to give him a second chance to live. If he impressed Vasile enough after he changed, he'd keep him around. If he didn't, he'd likely kill the newborn without a second thought. He'd been doing it for so long that it was normal to him. Only one of his own progeny remained alive. Hopefully Alec would change that. @aron | 426 | Sorry it took so long.

you are my shooting star you give me love and light through the shadows of the night
He felt the warning, he heard the voice in his ear, warning him not to fight anymore that he would die fast and that just ramped up his fear and warning, he wanted to live to escape the hell that he found himself in, just to think only mere minutes before his greatest worry was getting over selling his body and now, now he was fighting for his very life, oh how the world changed so quickly. He was already freaking out now his life was in the hands of this vampiric stranger that seemed desperate to drink him. His father had warned him that one drop of his blood to a vampire could spell the end of his life and now it was going to happen to him, he just knew it.
He tried struggling and when the man told him that he had decided that Alec would die he struggled even harder but there was nothing he could do, he could not break the grip that was on him and he could not think of any words to cast spells, in his fear his mind drew a blank, he could not think of a way to escape the predicament he found himself in and it scared the wits out of him. The cruel smile that spread across the face of the man burned into his vision, the last thing he may see as a living being, the last face was going to be the cruel smile that was before him, he could not believe his life was ending this way but in some way he felt like it was irony, he lived a shit life and now he was going to die a shitty way, a meal to a cruel creature of the night.
The creature pulled him closer to the trees and told him not to scream but then he felt the man's teeth tear into his skin, the pain burned through him, lighting him up on the inside, warning bells tolling throughout his body, saying danger to his mind, he felt his blood pump out of his body and he could not help it he screamed in pain, terror and fear all at the same time, but it was no use, a hand covered his mouth muffling the cry of pain and he felt a tree behind him as his body hit it. He tried to struggle but the man's grip was to strong and he was held rigidly. He felt his blood pump out of him. Lighting struck the tree above trying to get to him, save him but the tree was thick and a few branches fell to the ground around him. He felt his body weaken all his blood leaving him. He no longer could struggle, he didn't have the strength to try, his mind grew cloudy, knowing he was on deaths door, he closed his eyes and grew limp as his heart slowed and he began to die. The lighting ceased as its master began his trip to beyond.

Holy Water Cannot Help You now see I've come to burn your kingdom down Vasile tightened his grip on the boy, hardly moving when the lightning struck the tree. That was the least of his worries at the point. At the moment he needed to focus on the process. The process that would turn this child into a vampire. He liked to think that he was giving this boy a way out of his miserable existence. It was clear from the emotions that seemed to radiate off him that he wasn't happy with himself or the way that his life. This would be his second chance, his eternal and immortal chance to make a difference in his life. If there was one thing that Vasile pitied in this world, it was humans. They lived such tiny, weak, and utterly insignificant lives. The only thing they were good for was making a fool of themselves and being dinner for the vampires of the world. He wouldn't feel guilty for taking the life of this child. Vasile was giving him a new life. A new family. A new outlook on himself and what he could achieve, which Vasile hoped would be quite a bit. He silently hoped for a more down to Earth progeny. Not the same as his eldest who had grown cruel and mean over the years. It's not like Vasile was any better, but he had been trying the past few years. Having a family and suddenly having a hybrid daughter thrust into your life could really change you. The original vampire was thinking less about what this boy, Alec, could accomplish and more about what type of dynamic he would bring to his growing family. When Vasile was sure that the boys heart was slowed, if not stopped, enough, he pulled his fangs from Alec's neck. He then brought his wrist up to his own lips and bit into his skin, letting the blood start to drip from the wound. Lifting his wrist, he pressed it against Alec's lips, feeding the child his blood before pulling his arm away, watching it start to heal slowly. He lifted the boy into his arms, venturing further into the trees where he knew nobody would follow them. This place was all but deserted at this point. He laid Alec on the ground when he was sure that they were far enough away from civilization and found a large, hard shell of tree bark, using it to start digging the boys grave. All part of the process. It wouldn't be long now. Once the grave was deep enough, he lay the boy in the hole and pushed the dirt back over him. Vasile moved slowly over to a tree close by, settling on the ground with his back against it. Now he just needed to wait for the boy to wake up. When he did there would be much that they could talk about, namely why Vasile had turned him in the first place and what his life would be like now that he was a family member to the original vampire. Alec's life was going to change drastically, and while it would be quite a bit of work in the beginning, he knew that the child would be far better off as a vampire with a lifespan that far exceeded most magi of his kind. "Come little progeny, open your tired eyes," he sang lightly to himself, staring up into the leaves of the tree above him. This was the worst and most tedious part of the change from human to vampire. The waiting. Sometimes it could take minutes, another time hours. Sometimes even days. It all depended, really. Every newborn vampire was different. @aron | 609 | Beautiful post, Aiden. <3

you are my shooting star you give me love and light through the shadows of the night
He felt nothing, his body was limp and his heart barely beat, he was on the very edge of death, the vampire forced the crimson liquid down his throat and his body, reflex swallowed it down, searching for material to replace all the missing blood, to try and start the repair process to the badly damaged body that was in the vampires grasps. Little did the body of the boy know that it was bringing its own life and death to the boy at the same time.
His body was lowered into the ground and covered in dirt, being buried for the transformation, the cool earth pressed around the body that laid their as the blood did its work, multiplying, repairing and changing the very cellular make up of the body that was resting in the ground, He laid silently in the grave, as still as any dead body would, the final resting place of the magi and the birthplace of the vampire.
He could not lay there indefinitely though soon the bloods work was done, the following night the sun set on the grove that the vampire had buried him in, the day was coming to a close the sun was gone from the sky and the full moon struck down upon the ground, upon the fresh churned earth, upon the grave. His eyes sprung open and his body gasped for a sudden want for air, dirt fell into his mouth. He quickly closed it, still wanting air and a burning desire for a drink was at the back of his throat.
He started to freak out a little, someone had buried him alive, someone thought he was dead or just decided to bury him, nearly killing him. He reached up, his arms digging up out of the ground, after a minute or two his hand broke through the ground his hand feeling the breeze and the air great him. He reached forward with the other one, also breaking through the ground and he pushed himself up, pulling himself out of the grave. Once he was out of the ground he collapsed on the ground, gasping for what he thought was much needed air, even though that was not the case, his brain was still telling him he needed to do things like breath.
He closed his eyes and hugged the earth, kind of grateful to be alive or so he thought, his signals were still a little confused on everything at the moment. He had thought that he was going to die, that he had taken his last breath and he was leaving the world as a meal but apparently that was not the case and he felt happy about that, though he was still not listening to his body or anything around him, he was just dwelling in the idea of life still.

Holy Water Cannot Help You now see I've come to burn your kingdom down Vasile had been waiting for a little over a day for his progeny to wake up. From time to time he thought this kid was going to be a lost cause and he was tempted to leave, but there was always the chance of him waking up. He couldn't just give up on the kid because he was taking too long to wake up. That didn't mean it put him in any better of a mood. He tried to be a patient man but sometimes that was too much for even him to handle. For a man that had all of eternity ahead of him, he sure didn't like waiting. Especially this long. In fact, he was so bored that he had resorted to peeling the bark off the tree he was leaning against. He rarely did tedious tasks such as these, but in these long hours he really didn't care anymore. It wasn't any more below him than sitting in the grass waiting for a vampire to wake up. Him waiting for his progeny was unusual. He hadn't waited to greet one of his own creation since he created Andrei. He usually let them wake themselves and figure out their new life alone while he watched from the shadows. It was cruel of him, but his progeny usually showed just who there were destined to be in those short few days that Vasile let them live. He was meticulously picking at a strip of bark that he held in his hands, his eyes on the grave in front of him. The kid had to be waking soon. He wouldn't be able to stay in the dirt forever. The blood needed to kick in at some point. Unless, that is, he hadn't given the boy enough of his blood to survive the transition. He doubted that happened but at this point he was starting to believe that that was the case. Growling to himself he thrust himself to his feet, slinking over to stand at the head of the grave, tapping his foot impatiently and crossing his arms over his chest. "Damnit, Alec. Claw your way out of your grave," he muttered to himself, frowning to himself. He was losing patience and was about to dig him from his grave himself. Then he saw a hand push through the dirt, pushing it aside. A grin formed on Vasile's face. All wasn't lost. Alec was alive and he now had a new progeny to teach, train, and shape. He remained where he stood, watching the boy roll out onto solid ground, breathing out heavily in response to being buried in the earth. Lifting an eyebrow he started forward, coming to Alec's side and crouching down next to him. "Took you long enough, boy," he noted, mocking the poor child. @aron | 468 | Beautiful post, Aiden. <3

you are my shooting star you give me love and light through the shadows of the night
The sweet relief of freedom washed over him and his body, he was covered in dirt, he could feel it in his clothes, his hair and his ears, it was disturbing where all the dirt got too but it did not bother him to much at the moment, he was free and still breathing, he just laid there on the ground for a moment, taking in the feel of the breeze, so wrapped up in it he did not even notice anything else around him, he was just relieved to be breathing even if he had been buried alive, or so he thought at the very least.
Just then a voice broke the silence, saying that he took long enough he turned his head to the voice and saw the man, memories flooded back to him at the sight, the pain as the man's teeth ripped through his skin and he remembered the blood draining from him and the horror as he realized he no longer had the strength to move his limbs. He quickly rolled over and quickly scooted away from the man, his right hand moving to his own neck to see. To his surprise it was healed, his neck did not have the bites that had drained him, confusion crossed his face mixed with fear of the man. Clouds started to gather overhead in response to his fear. You...you, didn't get the job done the first time, here to finish me off....creature of the night His brain was still in denial over what to may people would be obvious, his brain and him really was not sure and in some primordial part of him did not want to believe it, he wanted to think he was still a magi.
His throat burned with thirst, he just kept telling himself he wanted a gallon of water, he needed to sait the thirst that his body kept telling him he need, the hunger that flooded throughout his own body but he was not sure where to find it and he had more pressing matters at the moment, the man who tried to murder him, and was successful in some sense of the word.

Holy Water Cannot Help You now see I've come to burn your kingdom down Vasile stood up straight as the boy rolled away from him, watching him with the same terrified expression that had crossed his face before his death. He tilted his head, surprised the boy hadn't actually run away. Most would have, but the fact that he hadn't yet meant that Vasile had a chance to chat with him. Well. Vasile would do the talking and the boy would listen. Hopefully. He ran a hand back through his hair, lifting an eyebrow slowly. The clouds that were gathering quickly overhead only meant one thing. The boy was gifted. He'd been a magi in life, and now in death he was gifted with the very power he had tried to fight Vasile off with. This would be perfect. When Vasile had made the deal with the gypsy to turn himself and his family into vampires, he hadn't ever thought that there would be those vampires with powers. The first example of a vampire with an ability was Andrei, Vasile's first change. The man could track anyone down without any trouble. At first Vasile just thought it was another perk of being a vampire, and while it was, Andrei was the only one who'd been able to utilize that power. A few other progeny of the old vampire had had powers too, and while they had been useful, they had died with their masters. Right now, Vasile had another vampire to deal with. His eyes trailed up to the sky, a smile showing on his face. God, this was perfect. He grinned as he looked back to Alec, his fangs showing only slightly, "I'll be damned, Alec. You're gifted even in death," a soft chuckle escaped the vampire, his eyes observing the boy. He knew that he had to be starving at this point. The newborns always were. It was Vasile's time to teach him control. He wouldn't let Alec run rampant in Las Vegas while he killed numerous people without thought. No. That wouldn't happen with this one. Vasile could feel it. If he just gave the faintest of push, the boy would fall into the order of things. "I bet you're starving, aren't you, child? You must have realized by now what you are, and I know that you know I'm not here to harm you further. I've given you eternity, and while that may seem like a cruel twist of fate, I was drawn to you. Not only because you were a magi, but because I've been keeping my eye out for someone as perfect as you to bring into my family," he said lightly. He wasn't going to explain himself further. If he ever did, it would be in the comfort of his own home when he knew that he could trust Alec. Vasile wasn't the type to divulge information about himself or his heart until he was absolutely sure that he had someones loyalty. There were very few people in the world who Vasile had opened up to, and he wasn't going to change that now. He crossed his arms over his chest, "Stand up, Alec. Let's get you something to eat. Something warm and red."@aron | 527 | Sorry for the wait, love.

you are my shooting star you give me love and light through the shadows of the night
He felt the weather greet him like an old friend, the power and cool breeze whipped over him and it comforted him in his time of distress, giving him a place of comfort and joy, a place that he truly felt at home. He had not felt at home since the day he left for Las Vegas for school, since the day his father disowned him to the world and left him utterly alone in a place that would figuratively and literally eat you alive like he had just experienced. He knew the feeling of being eaten would haunt him for the rest of his days.
He felt the situation change though, it was weird, the....man grinned at him, it was oddly unsettling saying that the mouth now grinning at him had been eating him, hours...no days....no weeks ago....he felt disoriented and out of the loop, he had no idea how long he had been in the ground after all but he was unsettled by the look. Apparently he had done something that pleased the creature, the fact that he was gifted apparently. Alec honestly was not that surprised he always knew he was a rather gifted Magi, maybe not the most powerful or anything but he knew that he was not someone to trifle with lightly either, he had the full force of the weather at his disposal and could level Las Vegas with a thought if he so wished it. He heard the man's words even in death though and it began to sink in, he was not living. Ummm yea, I guess
The creature then asked if he was starving at the thought of food his fangs popped out and his hand shot to his mouth, feeling them and he cut a finger on one of them. He watched it heal, HOLY FUCK, I am dead He saw and felt undeniable proof of what he was now, it scared him a little, intrigued him a little more and worried him just a touch more. He had a flood of emotions, flow through him at the thought and he was not sure what to accept, how to handle it, he had been warned of the possibility of being dinner to a vampire, being a magi but he had taken it lightly and never expected to become one himself. It was weird for him, he asked his question that he had burning in his head. Why? I couldn't be perfect for anything and I am a nobody, why? He was not sure he trusted the creature but he was the only source of knowledge he was not exactly taught in vampire lore and he had no idea how to hands this.
Then the offer for food came, the burning feeling in his throat and body grew at the thought, it wanted the warm and red, it worried him in a way he was not sure but he was not undeniable in the fact he wanted to eat and live, he new he had a strong desire to live after all. He shot to his feet in half a second and felt disoriented. Woah and he paused to regain his balance and took in a deep breath smelling everything Wow

Holy Water Cannot Help You now see I've come to burn your kingdom down Vasile eyed Alec's reflexes and reactions to the words that he spoke. He looked rather amused when his fangs extended slightly, his grin turning into a quiet smirk. The boy would learn control if it was the last thing he did. He wasn't going to waste yet another progeny, and he was trying to be a little more patient with his creations. Though, he'd have more patience if it wasn't constantly tried by the younglings testing every little tendency that would frustrate the old vampire. He'd never been one to have patience, and that much was clear when he was younger. Even when he had met Kaia, he'd rushed into marrying her. Then again, he hadn't met another woman like her and wasn't ready to meet another one after her. He'd wanted her and her alone and wasn't going to wait to have her. The original lifted an eyebrow slowly, still smirking at his new progeny. He could see that the smile unnerved the boy, but that didn't bother him. Alec would just have to get used to it. Vasile wasn't the nicest crayon in the box, but he was certainly protective of his progeny and his family. If anything came to harm the newborn, he'd gladly gut and crucify the one who harmed him without question. There would be no thinking when it came to revenge and thinking of his family. Alec was just that, now. He was family and he would be so for the rest of eternity if Vasile had his way. Vasile ran his hand back through his hair, "I'll let you hunt your first meal yourself. Take a moment to stop and breathe. Let everything melt away and just focus on finding the scent of blood. I'm sure you've smelled it before as a human. It's a long stronger and much sweeter to you now. Once you find it, follow it. I'll be right behind you if you need me. I think I need to hunt a little myself," he noted with an intense expression. He settled his hands in his jacket pockets. "We can talk about why I chose you as my progeny once you've eaten. There's nothing worse than a starving newborn vampire. I think you'd rather live than die of starvation, yes? Besides. This isn't the time nor the place to talk. The sun will be up soon and I'd rather not have to carry you back home to keep you from burning up. Not only that but there are always going to be ears listening in places like this, and once dawn breaks, there will be far more humans here than you would care to see you feed," he noted, knowing full well it would be hard for a vampire to die from starvation, new or not. Nevertheless, the boy would remain weak if he didn't drink, and he couldn't have that, now could he? @aron | 484 | Sorry for the wait, love.

you are my shooting star you give me love and light through the shadows of the night
He could already tell that this creature before him was dangerous and Alec was never a stupid man, he knew that care would be ideal he knew he was already dead his body was informing him of that, his actions were faster and more liquid than he was used to the, fangs that popped out and the gut retching hunger that consumed him even told him more. It told him that he was hungry but his usual favorite things to eat really did not appeal to him, He liked chicken and steak when he was alive but now things were a bit different. He was hungry but he was not to sure for what exactly.
The man told him that he would let Alec hunt for himself and told him blood, telling him what to do. At the thought of blood his body hummed happily at him, he could tell that was what he wanted, he salivated a little at the thought and he knew that he wanted it more than anything at the moment. He stood still closing his eyes and taking in a deep breath in through his nose smelling everything and getting stunned at how good everything smelled and more than that the pure amount of what he smelled, he could smell so much more at the moment. So much more than he was used to or expected at the moment.
He wanted to follow it, he wanted it and he planted his feet to keep from running off at that very moment as the man began to speak again. Telling him that they would talk more about the reasons after dinner, now that he could smell the blood he just nodded his mind was consumed with the thought of food, he was hungry and that was what he wanted more than answers at the moment. After all he was immortal now it could wait five more minutes or so for him to have a meal or two and then come back to the topic at hand after all. ah yea, I don't want to die again already. Once in one day is enough for me I think. He watched as the man had to say about the sun and he nodded he knew he did not want that either and was not aware of the time at the moment he just knew that it would be a bad idea for him to end up in the sunlight like that and he did not want to waste the time and have to wait another day for food he was already to hungry to wait, he was ravenous after all. He could not wait another moment.
He took off into a running following the scent, he was at the woman's side at a moment, a woman about thirty years old, he opened his mouth, fangs flashing in the moonlight as his teeth tore into her neck and he drank, the first taste of her blood hitting his tongue and he moaned in satisfaction and pleasure at the taste.
