PERSONAL STYLE:
Always dress depending on occasion. If there was a formal occasion or he wanted to go to the club he would of course dress for the part. A nice shirt, some slacks, maybe a fedora if he were in the mood. Be it a casual thing, like going to the beach or going out to hangout with some friends, whatever he could find laying around. While on the job he wears a mask hiding his face from the nose down while wearing a very nice black and white suit, of course doing his being to keep it clean and professional as best he can. But with the current situation either wears his hitman suit or rags to blend in with the crowd around him. But much like his father he usually has a stern look on his face when he’s alone or when he is thinking to himself even when he is probably thinking of something that makes him happy. He has light brown hair, short hair, that is either shaggy down while wearing a hat or spikes it up with gel. But with gel being hard to come by he has a spiky look with just water but when his hair dries is poofy.
He is athletically built due to his martial arts training and countless battles. He’s lean but muscular arms with six pack abs complimented with strong legs, his body exceptionally evened out. Although it is hardly noticeable his right leg his slightly bigger than his left, again it‘s so hardly noticeable that he doesn‘t notices it. Has a soft skin with a slight tan going on with a decent looking face to boot, chiseled chin, button nose, the works. His body language speaks in two ways. In one way he stand tall revealing his true height, and his back straight showing off his broad shoulders, looking like as it he has good and high confidence. In the other he slouches his body looking lazy or bored making he looks small and shorter than he really is.
SPECIES APPEARANCE: Artemus’ wolf form is exceptionally larger that than the average European and American wolves, even if surrounded by other wolves, he sticks out like a sore thumb . The mixture of man and wolf stands at twelve feet when standing on his hind leg. He is double in his mass with rippled muscle hidden elegantly by his noble-like white fur. The claws on the wolf’s hand are several inches long and his teeth the same though his canines differ than most wolves, they are sharper and slightly more jagged making biting and cutting though tissue, muscles and bone much easier.

STRENGTHS:
-Extremely skilled in hand to hand combat: Over the years he has been a gladiator, warrior, and soldier. Artemus has participated in countless battles solely because he enjoyed it. He has taken many different martial arts from striking styles like Ninjustu to Muay Thai and grappling styles such as Brazilian Jiu-justu to Judo, making him a very deadly adversary alive or otherwise.
-Skilled in using melee weapons especially with the sword: His mastery with varies weapons comes from his martial status doing kendo and other weapon oriented martial arts. He especially excels with the blade or any other light bladed weapons using speed and accuracy for a fast kill.
-Agile: From his studies from ninjustu and parkour, his is not only fast but swift enough to go from building to build without making a lot of sound very useful for dodging horde of other weres and vampires if he’s outnumbered.
-Skilled with the sniper rifle and pistols: Although he isn’t much for guns and other loud weapons, he knew it would be needed for varies tasked such as assassinations among other things. But if had to break out guns the sniper and pistol combination would be his choice of weapons. Sniper rifles for long ranged shooting while the pistol for quick shots to the head. As such Artemus is a head hunter with these weapons making for quick kills.
-Patient and levelheaded: It takes patience to make the perfect kill, as such he applies it to socializing with others as well. He can keep a level head in the most dire of situations whether it’s life or death or having to face off with other people’s drama. Or the worse of the worse, having to deal with an angry crying child that won‘t ever stop.
-High pain threshold, High stamina, and Great power: Artemus needs to be able to take a hit, get stabbed, or even shot with silver and still be able to make and escape when needed. Being an ancient and one of the few original werewolves left from the great war, his speed and strength are not to be underestimated. While in wolf form his claws can cut through steel like paper and bust through walls and buildings with ease.
-Superior senses: His senses of smell, sight, and hearing are greatly heightened even as a human and he can communicate with other weres and shifters telepathically in both human and animal form.
-Intelligent: He is highly intelligent when it comes to varies things mainly due to his experience as a gladiator, warrior, tactician, hitman and politician. Having to bandage wounds, learn how to maneuver around groups undetected, and he studied psychology in his free time. It’s also a factor of his of his surviving ability, he knows how to hunt and what plants that could be used to poison people or stop infection. The ability to negotiate in both a manner of polite persuasion and aggressive play always comes in handy when dealing with politics and contracting.
-Control: From his years of battle and numerous shifting, his control of his wolf side is exceptionally higher than that of an average wolf.
WEAKNESSES:
-Not very good at taking orders: Unless it’s Athena taking charge of a situation anyone else trying to boss him around is a no go. He knows his and Athena’s ability and that is really all he needs, he can get quite stubborn and rather does his own thing. Or whoever is trying to take charge has something he wants or needs.
-Doesn’t play well with others: Much like taking orders from others he doesn’t play nice with other people. He is blunt about his intentions and what he thinks about others, usually it’s things he doesn’t like and the truth hurts.
-Athena: Not going to lie Athena is the closest person to him. So it’s only natural that he is protective of her, so far, she is the only person he would actually take a bullet for. Also would make rash decisions in order to save her if she were in danger. Also relies on her to keep his back and occasionally spaces out and leaves his back open if he forgets he didn’t bring her on a mission or whatever.
-Weak points: Every fighter has their weak point or have a spot that they leave open. His is when he gets overconfident or relaxed with fighting someone. When he punches with his right hand strong but at the same time lazily or slobby he leaves his body open for an attack. And although rare, it does happen if he gets tired when fighting he slightly drops hands leaving his face open. But makes up for it with dodging and if he’s faced off against and good fighter a good tactic would be trying to pin him against a wall.
-Gets bored when sniping: When he’s in a good and safe distance away from everyone, he tends to space out when he’s shooting in order to deal with the loud bang his gun makes. Can be caught off guard if no one is watch his back.
-Silver: For obvious reasons.
-Control: Contradictory to his age, experience, and personality, Artemus is still a feral killer. If a mate, pack member, or child (through mating or turned) is threatened or if he hasn’t fed within a day, Artemus becomes exceptionally hostile. But he harbors a deep hunger for vampires and magi when near an older vampires or any magi, he gets hostile and goes into a frenzy when he turns into a wolf. Although he is at his at his most powerful in his wolf state at this time, the only time he is absolutely in no control is when the full moon is out, that is when it is pure unadulterated slaughter is a foot. Only instinct keeps him from killing pack members and those he turned from his might, anyone else is free game whether or not they consider him friendly.
HABITS/QUIRKS:
-Talks to himself when he’s bored or alone.
-Makes slurping noises to tease and gross out Athena.
-Pokes Athena constantly when he wants something.
-Scratches his left ear with his right hand to make sure he’s focus, a very odd habit to have but needs it.
-Fake coughs when he feels awkward.
FEARS:
-Seeing wolves be enslaved
SECRETS:
-Like cartoons.
-Was a slave
-Was a training dummy.

-Friendly: To those who can withstand his initial impression and actually stay around him or don‘t try to control him, might actually be able to see his more friendly side. Where he actually jokes around or poke fun to pass the time, so friendly and out-going to the extent where if they don’t already know his profession will forget that he is even a hitman with how friendly he can be.
-Killing state of mind: It’s obvious what he does when in his killing, no mercy to his target or targets. It’s his fight or flight mode, no matter the chance he has whether it be a fast in or out kill, he always thinks there is a chance for him to die, so he can always keep up his guard. No matter who the target is he will take them out, the only exceptions so far to this state of mind is his partner Athena.
-Deep thought: This the time where he usually like to get high when he take time to reflect about fights he has been in and of to clean up his skills. Or reflect on the people, he has kill and the emotions he felt with each person. While in this state he is usually spacey or stops listening to person even if they were in a middle of a conversation.

HISTORY:
A child was into a poor small family in Rome in the time of summer under the rule of the Roman Empire. In his youth his home outside Rome was raided by slavers and his family was killed and he was enslaved. The young boy has no particular skills and was far from a fighter, he was small and insignificant. He was barely worth a single coin, so instead was given to a gladiator trainer and was used as a training dummy. He was whipped and beaten daily but the quartermaster and other gladiators, but there was a fire in him that driven him not to just fall and die. It wasn’t the memory of the slavers who killed his family, the endearing warmth he once thought he had. Those memories quickly faded to the extent he couldn’t even remember own his mother, father, or whether or not he had some kin. No, it was burning hate, it was anger. He hated the gladiators, he hated the whips and chains, he hated the quarter master and slavers, and most of all he hated the society that allow life to be so feeble. So he continued to take each beating and watched, learned and grew. He watched every fighter and studied their fighting style and during his long nights would train with every weapon and every move. In time the roman lords and ladies took notice to him and finally sponsored him as a gladiator.
After years the twenty year old, the nameless slave adopted the name of Artemus and was finally sponsored as a warrior by the mistress of Caligula and for years he fought for survival and the looking for a purpose in his life. Man after man he slew, and his name pass through the hall of the gladiator stadium. He was infamous and he enjoyed such glory, but it wasn’t enough. He had his own ambitions to fulfill but yet wasn’t sure how to do so, he was lost, stuck in place unsure where to go and how to do so. He had heard story of great warriors that led rebellions and general who took down monsters and empires but he didn’t know how to do so nor had the resources. All he could do for now was to kill and gain more glory and the people’s favor, so he patiently waited for some type of opportunity to seize. A day presented itself, after the insane tyrant, Tiberius won a war that gain him a lot of favor and prestige, the emperor retired to Rome and went to the stadium to watch the games. Tiberius’ mistress told him of her champion, intrigued by her words, the emperor called the champion and asked him to do what seem like an impossible task. Artemus had to kill twelve men while chained to another while all of them were boxed in by loins that were starved and hungered for food. If the challenge were to be accepted and completed, Artemus would not only be granted freedom but able to join the personal guard of the Mistress Empress. Artemus agreed.
After three grueling hours of battle, Artemus stood firm covered in blood alone, the last man standing. He stood in a pool of blood with bodies surrounding him; he lifted his blades slowly and let out a loud shout of victory to the awe-struck audience. The gladiator’s voice was quickly drowned out by cheers and those who cried his name. Tiberius merely clapped then eventually laughed with the audience from Artemus’ performance. As agreed, Artemus was set free and was outfitted to be part of the personal guard. Any other slave would have been proud and content of what he had achieved, anyone other than Artemus, he wanted more. For a year he stood by the Empress in her rich home but life was far from peaceful or quiet. He watched the dark deeds that rich politicians did, he watched as they devoured everything gluttonously as the world around them suffered, and he had to defend his Empress and Emperor from numerous rebellions and assassinations. His hate for the emperor grew more intensely having to witness the things the insane man did just for amusement and personal satisfaction. But he still had to serve them loyally until the right time to strike once more.
Alas, his chance of killing the emperor and gaining title never came as Artemus’ was sent to lead a legion to battle against the barbarians outside the walls. It was a promotion and demotion due to the belief that Artemus was bedding the Empress. Tiberius couldn’t care less but he couldn’t just leave that alone and in the mind of the tyrant he would play games than do the dirty work of killing Artemus’. So the emperor sent the warrior away to a battle that couldn’t be won. In hopes to gain favor with the people and demoralize them into believing that only he can eliminate the barbarian threat. Tiberius was right in his judgement, Artemus had no war experience, though many admired him and feared him, and he didn’t how to lead men or make formations. His style was killing anyone or anything that was in his way and survives. In that battle Artemus was the last man standing among his slave and few actual imperial legion troops, while the barbarian faced him and surrounded his person. He cursed at them still ready for battle though he thought he was his end.
The barbarian warriors roared as a call of victory amidst their roar a woman appeared to him, at first he thought a goddess came then he thought he was just seeing things. Before he knew it the woman brushed her lips against his own and whispered into his ear and asked whether or not he wanted to die. Artemus hastily answered no. The woman smiled and laughed and told him that his wish would be granted and bit him In between his neck and shoulder. It was then his true life began, Artemus blacked out and rewoke on the battlefield seeing even more dead around him and many others running from him screaming. He looked to one man who spoke his last words calling Artemus a monster. Dazed and confused he grasped where the woman bite and fell back to his knees in pain and passed out once more. He awoke once more in a home of a healer, it seemed a kind soul dragged him out here. His memory was lost, he only remembered going into battle not out or how it had ended. After thanking the healer he went and attempted to return to the Empress’ side, he caught wind of Tiberius’ plan and what he had in store for the warrior.
So instead of returning he decided to travel and learn more, he knew it would take much more to be a strong ruler and leader. Also, he wanted to learn more about what he had become, a monster without a name. The only thing to trump his burning ambition and hate was his very own curiousity, he wanted know what the woman did to him. His senses were more intense, he could smell food from miles away, run faster than horses, reflexes were faster, stronger than he could ever dream, and even see at night. Without understanding it he could communicate with wolves and he could tell the different “smells” that people had. A huge change for him that normal meat wouldn’t appease his endless hunger and the smalls of “normal” people began to trigger his thirst. It was something that he didn’t understand why but he was a man of simple needs and the mentality of do whatever it took to survive. After the first few times of eating humans, he cared but that feeling gradually disappeared. As a man of generally calm nature, in times of the nearing full moon his need to mate and feed and change increased as well as his hostile and need to get what he wanted.
First there were very few then as time passed the different smell began to grow and grow. He had a new outlook the more he learned, Artemus learned many new languages and unlike many of the time, how to read and write. As years passed he learned archery and horsemanship from the mongols, different swordsman styles from France to China. War tactics and Leadership from warriors and tacticians like Guan Yu and Charles. And in the time he noticed that he no longer aged and the more he learned the more powerful he became. Through the ages he developed his monster-like abilities and adopted the name of Werewolf, a name he was more than content to keep. In that time frame he was a part of the supernatural Great War, where he battled many of those that were like him, with powers and different abilities. His favorite to kill were the over confident vampires and their covens and in time he was a leader or alpha of his own large pack. Though after the great war his pack was decimated by the enemy forces under the leadership of another werewolf wanting to take over. Only a few survived that battle and went into hiding in fear of Artemus’ wrath for disobeying, only one stayed by him and that was Athena the first one to be turned by him.
As more time continued, he continued to learn more of the ways of the world traveling continuously becoming more powerful. He served as a hitman, a bounty hunter, a soldier in almost every war, a small business man to and currently now he owns an international arms company selling the latest weapons to the highest bidder as well as owning many commercial company’s or having stocks in such. Of course, he had to come up with different alias’ to keep everyone at bay from knowing who he truly is, bribing many humans who stray too close, well when he’s feeling kind anyway. Many other politicians and other high stand people tend to disappear or die from an “accident”. Though this is his first time of peace he aches and waits for another war to break real war to break out. Only time will tell what will happen next.
