Bonnie,
I am so sorry for leaving without a goodbye. I'd understand if you hate me for it but you have to understand why I have done this. I needed to get out and be free for once and I knew if I woke you to say a proper goodbye you would try to talk me out of leaving or would try to come with me and I couldn't let either of those things happen. You belong here with the rest of the pack and I belong free as the bird I become. I will miss you, sis, and it is killing me to write this and leave. I'll keep in touch once I find a place to live and let you know where I am so you can write me back. Please don't tell mum and dad about this letter and if you can hide any others to come from them as well that would be a good idea.
