begin at her birth. margaret was born to randall and jas parrtrich. it was 7:08 p.m. and she was born at central baptist hospital in lexington, Kentucky. she was and still is the only child of her parents. she wasn't born into the richest family in the world, but they weren't poor. she had always been happy because her parents didn't work all day so she was able to spend time with them and get to know them. her dad was a lawyer at a local law firm and her mom was stay at home for the first few years of her life. her dad would come home at about six and cook dinner for the family and they would sit around the t.v. and watch the news or cartoons. she always had a special bond with them and she loved it. then they started to drift apart. her dad got a new job at a new law firm that payed more, but this required him to work more hours. her mom wanted to get her teaching degree so she went back to school. they had to get someone to take care of margaret when they weren't there. it ended up being her cousin topher. he was sixteen when she was seven so he was able to take good care of her. when she was with him they would play games and do school work together. it was like her parents had left topher to do everything for her. once she began elementary school she meet a group of girls. their names were amanda, elyse and kayla. they were always together and were fine with it. they would go to her house and she would go to theirs. she was fine with her life and she loved it. then it happened, she met her first spirit. at the time she had no idea it was a spirit. she went into her room and laid on the bed. after a small nap she sat up and was startled by a young boy sitting on her rocking chair. she asked him who he was and he said his name was charles. they ended up being very close and then her mom saw her talking to nothing. her mom took her to a therapist at age 11. she explained everything and the therapist decided that unknowingly in her mind she wanted more friends. but then one day he was just gone. she continued middle school with the same group of friends. her mom started to spend more time alone, and margaret began to worry. she would always check on her mom, but it seemed like her dad didn't care. topher had lost contact with them after he was fired for not showing up three times. in eighth grade her mom began to stop eating and socializing with the family in every way. the day came the she hated most in her life in her freshman year. when she came come her mom was nowhere to be found. as usual her dad was at work so she just thought she was home alone. she called her mom a couple times, but there was no answer. she felt icky because of gym so she walked into her parents room to take a shower. she loved their huge shower so she took every chance she could to shower in there. when she walked in she saw the worst sight ever. she felt her stomach flip. her mom was lying in the shower dead. she had cut both of her wrists. she fell to the ground and couldn't seem to move. the first time she experienced her magi abilities she had fallen down the stairs she was about to land and then she just stopped then slowly fell. she had no reason, then little things like that started to happen again and again. back then she had no idea about her powers. she had no idea that her parents were magi, and that she was. after her moms death her dad had started to keep to himself. he wouldn't talk to her, so she had no way to figure out. she had no friends that were like her. she was alone and no nobody to tell her. this was hard cause she had many instances where she would have unexplained events. one time she was trying to wave out a candle and it shot like a ball of fire and hit the wall. one day she sat her down her dad and told her about these things that had been happening. then he told her everything. about how he had lived in a place called Harper Valley, New York. His family had lived there since he could remember. there was something different about her family. their family was called a magi, they were basically witches and wizards. after she finished college (where she had been practicing her magic and being a medium) she decided to move to Harper Valley to figure out her family's history. |
