I'll be the one if you want meto.♥
Anywhere I would have followed you.
Say something I'm giving up on you.
Grace enjoyed being in the Town Square when the weather was nice. The sun was high in the sky, brightly shining over the beautiful, historic town of Harper Valley. Grace Elaine Andrews sat at the edge of the fountain in the middle of the square, her homework next to her and a notepad on her lap. Even though it was bustling with people, she found it easy to relax and focus here. Occasionally, someone she knew would come and speak to her, distracting her from her duties for a moment or two, but then they would go on about their business and leave her to hers. Grace lifted her sapphire blue eyes from her paper and looked around. Spring was finally on it's way. Birds were beginning to come about, their chirping giving them away. The weather was pleasant enough to didn't have to have five or so different layers on to stay warm, and the sky was as blue as the ocean. A smile fell across the teenagers lips.
Grace had always loved living in Harper Valley. Maybe it was because she lived a wonderful life. She was part of a lineage of the Founding Families, making her a rather important young lady in the town. She was expected to behave, to be a good example, and to be a leader. So far, Grace felt like she exceeded those expectations. She was exceptionally smart, athletic, and participated in almost every single event that was held in Harper Valley. She volunteered to help set up events and to decorate, and she loved it. Grace didn't do it because she felt obligated to; she did it because she actually enjoyed doing it. It made her feel useful and important. There was only one thing she didn't enjoy. Her father was crazy about Supernatural creatures existing and living here in Harper Valley. He tried to convince Grace of that a long time ago, but she wouldn't have it. She didn't believe it. Grace didn't understand how creatures like he was describing could exist and survive. It didn't make any sense to her whatsoever.
A soft sigh left the Senior's lips, and she closed her notebook. She turned and looked down at the water in the fountain, staring down at her reflection of white-golden waves of hair, bright blue eyes lined with eyeliner and mascara, full lips, and golden skin. Reaching down, she touched the tip of her nose in the reflection, watching her image blur and ripple underneath her finger. Grace wondered what her life was going to turn out like. She still really didn't know what she wanted her career to be, and what she wanted to make of herself. She had no clue. It scared her quite a bit, but there really wasn't anything she could really do but keep pushing on and keep doing the best she could. Grace was scared to leave her small town, but she knew there really wasn't anything here for her. She bit her lower lip, chewing on it nervously. She really hoped the answer to her problem would come along very, very soon.
