Walking out on Lazy Street all you need is two bare feet.
Natália slept in for once, but she woke up fully charged with a bright smile on her face. It was Saturday after all. There was no school and no swim meets. She was completely and one hundred percent free to do what she wanted. It wasn't something she had the pleasure of experiencing lately. So she planned on milking it for it was worth. She took a quick shower and towel dried her hair until it was no longer dripping wet. She dressed in blue jeans and a yellow t-shirt and then put her damp hair into a braid and did her make-up. When she was satisfied, she put on her jewelry and flats.
She pulled her jean jacket on, grabbed her purse, and walked right out of the house. She decided to go out on the town and shop for the day. She had all day a shopping spree would do her good. So that is exactly what she did. By the time night fell, she had bags dangling off her arms. She was also wishing she had decided to bring her car. If she had driven, she wouldn't have to carry all of the things she stupidly decided to spoil herself with. Plus she was hungry and so tired of her shoes.
So she stopped at a little restaurant with some tables outside. Grinning, she walked inside and ordered a burger and drink. She got her food and hurried back outside where she promptly took a seat and dropped her bags on the ground at her feet the moment her food and drink were on the table and she was seated. She didn't dig in immediately, however. First, she took her shoes off and slipped them into one of the bags that had some jewelry kits and supplies. It was only then that she finally ate her burger in silence.
When she was done with her food and drink, she threw it all away and grabbed her bags and began walking back to home. Half way there, several of the bags broke. She frowned and looked at the contents that were now scattered across the sidewalk. Suddenly, her good day off had become a troublesome evening. She wasn't about to leave all of her new things on the street just to go home to drive her car back. She wasn't risking any of her things being snatched or grabbed just because of some juvenile finder's keepers mindset. So the first car she saw, she hailed down by walking right out in front of it.
