HISTORY:
Isolde was born in Presteigne, Powys, England, and was the youngest triplet of Tam and Jez Gale. She was born weaker and smaller than her two big brothers, but she gave more fight than either of them. When she was one, she gave her first signs of being a shifter. She kept changing her eyecolor every time her parents would look away. When they would look back, they would be in for a total shock. Both Tam and Jez were from shifter families, but the gene had skipped the two of them. Seeing their daughter shift before their eyes was like a breath of fresh air to them. Cassius and Callum, however, didn't show any of the same abilities that Isolde did in their first year of life. At age two, Isolde shifted into her first animal. She had been staring at an eagle that was always in their yard and simply wanted to copy what it looked like. She discovered her love of flying later on, so the golden eagle became her main animal at a younger age. By this time, both of her brothers had shifted facial features and their hair color, revealing that they were both shifters as well.
Soon after the trio turned three, tragedy struck the Gale household. A vampire [Syphir Everlake] attacked the family in their home. Syphir killed their father and their pregnant mother, but left the children alone, not having the heart to kill the shifter triplets. After the murder of their parents, they were sent to their aunts and uncles to live. They had one son who was also a shifter. Isolde hadn't spoken a word since seeing her parents be killed and after many psychologist visits was found to have grown mute due to the trauma that she when through. She was constantly disturbed by the memories of their deaths, unable to control when they came and went.
Isolde's aunt, by the time the triplets were five, wanted to find a way to help Isolde get her feelings out. Thus, she put the young shifter into piano and violin lessons. Isolde took to the instruments very quickly and was soon practicing every chance that she got. When she wasn't practicing or at school she would practice her shifting, wanting to become better at that as well. By this time she was also learning sign language so she could communicate more effectively with her family. For the first few years of her schooling she spent most of her time focused on her work, her music, and her shifting. When the triplets turned seven, the family moved to New York and placed all four kids into a private school.
