I know many of you love to use posting templates and when the site is upgraded we will still have the privilege of making our posts pretty. However, the way we have our templates set up, ie. [*style] tags, will no longer be in use and instead we are switching to Version 2, ie. [*div style] tags. I am providing you with a thread on Proboards Support (below) that explains the way the templates will work after the update. If you have any questions that the thread does not answer then feel free to ask Ishy.
Tips from Ishy:
When making your template the first thing you want to do is make sure the BBCode tab is active, NOT the preview tab. If you attempt to make your template using the preview tab it may not work properly even if your codes are correct. The best thing to do is get your basics down in the BBCode tab and then click over to the Preview tab where now you can see your work and determine if your codes are working properly. There may be times to where after you're finished you'll see a extra [/*div] or whatever code you have in your post while your template is still working properly even though you know you did not add them yourself. I have no explanation for that and it seems the site does it itself but just click back over to the BBCode tab and remove the extra added content and it shouldn't pop back up again. (It happens to me multiple times).
When you want to make a table in your template or using the artb tag it's a tad more difficult on v5 (atleast to me, everyone is different). What I personally found to be helpful was to place my first set of tables in the BBCode tab, ie. two tables beside each other like in the face claim and canon list. Then switch to the Preview tab and you will see your two tables beside each other with a grey line around the two tables. Don't worry, if you used atrb border=0 then when the post is posted the lines will be gone. Anyways from that point the site will edit the actual coding a little in the BBCode tab but that's okay, that's just the plug-in doing it's job. Just as long as your tables work leave it. Now instead of going back to the BBCode tab and copying what you have and pasting it below (of which you can do also if you personally feel more comfortable that way. just fiddle around and see what works for you) you can copy the actual tables in the Preview tab, click the table on the right and when you see a long black line next to the table (that's the blinking text line) press the space bar. When you see the text line under the table paste what you just copied and there you go! You can do it that way as many times as you want and they'll all work properly.
If you find that your artb tags still don't work simply replace them with div style tags and be sure to include the width and any other important css you may need depending on what you're trying to achieve, ie. float: left;.[/ul]

If there are any other concerns I come across I will be sure to update you all here and I hope you will do the same if you find something.
